- Although paints & other art supplies are claimed washable, we are not responsible for stained clothing and recommend that guests wear messy clothes.

- Little Moments Little Fam is not responsible for allergic reactions that may occur due to use of materials during birthday parties, playgroups, or classes.

- All photos taken during parties, playgroups, or classes will be used for social media, marketing, website design, and teaching opportunities. Please let us know if you would not like your child's photo taken.

- By signing up for and/or participating in parties, playgroups, and classes, you acknowledge that you agree to and understand the waiver details as listed above. I/we the host of the child(ren) attending hereby assume all risk and hazards incidental to child(ren)'s participation in any and all activities presented by Little Moments Little Fam and I/we hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify, and agree to hold harmless the organizers, sponsors, supervisors, participants, corporation owners of Little Moments Little Fam and for any claim arising out of injury, damage, or the like to myself/ the child(ren) or guests attending the party, playgroup or class.

- Little Moments Little Fam and its employees shall not be liable for any injury or property damage suffered as a result of any use of any of Little Moments Little Fam’s materials and or activities.

- This constitutes the entire agreement between Little Moments Little Fam and the client. It supersedes all prior communications, understandings and agreements relating to the subject matter hereof, whether oral or written.
